Meet your Meat

“Eating Animals” by Jonathan Safran Foer not only confirmed my love for animals, it changed the way I cook and buy. After reading the book, my work of over two years focused on meat consumption, factory farming and its impact on our environment.

“Raging Bull” was my raw depiction of Wall Street’s turmoil after 2008 and a stark comment on our consumption – a collision of finance and flesh. Ten years later, wearing the same black dress, I stood in front of it again: the painting has lost none of its force.
